About The Position

Vantor is seeking a Personnel Security Team Lead in Westminster, Colorado, to manage Personnel Security processing supporting collateral and SCI U.S. Government contracts in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs). The role provides oversight of Personnel Security for collateral and SCI programs, interprets and implements government security requirements, works with Department of Defense and Intelligence Community counterparts, and contributes to improving the Personnel Security Program Office. The lead also mentors junior teammates and manages clearance processing in government databases. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and hold an active U.S. Government security clearance; employment is contingent upon verification of clearance status. The position requires willingness to obtain SCI access with a Counterintelligence polygraph. The Colorado base salary range is $98,000–$130,000–$143,000 annually, and the position is incentive eligible. Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Current, active Top Secret clearance; applicants without the required current clearance are not eligible for consideration.
• Willingness to obtain SCI access with a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Demonstrated knowledge of national security policies, including ICDs, NISPOM, Executive Orders, the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and SEADs.
• At least eight years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or six years of experience with a master’s degree; four additional years of work experience may substitute for a degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Personnel Security processes and leading a small team.
• Experience processing clearances or access for the national customer, NGA, and DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide development and oversight of all aspects of Personnel Security for collateral and SCI programs.
• Interpret and implement government security requirements in support of classified and commercial contracts.
• Engage with DoD and IC government counterparts to ensure compliance with government policy and expectations, as well as corporate and government regulations.
• Contribute to developing improved processes and protocols and implementing new ideas within Vantor’s Personnel Security Program Office.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Personnel Security teammates.
• Initiate, maintain, and terminate personnel security clearances in government databases, including DISS, NBIS, SWFT, Scattered Castles, and TALON/SCT.
• Review, respond to, and process personnel security paperwork for accuracy, completion, and submission.
• Participate in IC Security Assessments.
