USGI is seeking a Personnel Security Analyst to support personnel vetting (PV) and adjudication processes for background investigations, ensuring compliance with federal security standards. Requirements

U.S. citizenship required
Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel vetting for a federal agency
Adjudication training certificate from a recognized government agency (e.g., OPM, DoD, USCG)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DOD365)
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills
Ability to communicate sensitive issues effectively
Possess a DoD Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Process PV documents for investigations, adjudications, and continuous vetting alerts.
Analyze applicant files and prepare comprehensive written recommendations.
Use e-QIP, NBIS, DCSA CVS/PIPS, DISS, DHS ISMS, or similar systems.
Develop reports, briefing slides, and process guides.
