About The Position

Tag Systems USA is seeking a full-time Third Shift Personalization Machine Operator in Eatontown, NJ. This role involves operating production machinery safely and efficiently, transferring materials, maintaining audit logs, inspecting output for quality, assisting with inventory, and performing routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance. The operator will ensure a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all company safety and security protocols, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy, security, and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Punctual and reliable attendance
• Basic arithmetic skills and general computer literacy
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Situational awareness and ability to work in a secure environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, pride, and ownership in work performed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

• Experience operating production machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area and review job requirements at the start of the shift.
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Transfer materials between workstations.
• Maintain accurate audit logs.
• Continuously inspect production output for quality.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
• Keep work environment clean and organized.
