The Supply Chain organization employs over 4,000 full-time associates across 14.5 million square feet of space, including large package/furniture distribution centers, small package eCommerce distribution centers, upholstery factories, a transportation department, and sourcing offices in multiple countries. The Distribution Center Lead - Personalization Operations role is based in Olive Branch, MS, and supports the Operations Manager in leading associates in Personalization production, ensuring daily productivity, quality, and customer service goals are met.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
  • Able to effectively train, provide operational direction, and communicate processes and expectations in both English and Spanish.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PKMS, RF Scanner, and AS400
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize work, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction
  • Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
  • Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
  • Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with personalization, production, quality, picking, packing, or Inventory Control processes
  • Previous experience leading associates in a production or distribution environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong floor presence while directing and supporting associates across assigned Personalization areas
  • Control workflow and prioritize work to ensure production and customer service deadlines are met
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and process adherence throughout the shift; provide associates with operational direction as needed and communicate performance or recurring process concerns to the Operations Manager for follow-up.
  • Ensure associates follow established production, quality, part tracking, damage, and exception processes
  • Identify and resolve workflow barriers, aging orders, and exceptions to maintain continuous production
  • Train and develop associates on standard processes, quality expectations, equipment, and safe work practices
  • Partner with Techniques, QA, Packing, Picking, Inventory Control, and other operational teams to resolve issues and maintain order flow
  • Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and meet established quality standards before progressing through the operation
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
