About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Personal Travel Planner to research, plan, and coordinate personalized vacations. This remote role works directly with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, interests, and budgets, then help coordinate suitable travel options. Training and ongoing professional development are provided. Previous experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Customer-service orientation and comfort working directly with clients.
Comfort using email, online research tools, and web-based platforms.
Ability to manage time and responsibilities independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
