About The Position

At Crunch Fitness, the PTM is the CEO of Personal Training inside the club. You are responsible for sales, service, team performance, and client results—all tied to revenue growth and retention. The Personal Training Manager drives new client acquisition + retention, personal training revenue growth, team development and accountability, and execution of the full client journey. You don’t manage the business—you own it.

Requirements

  • CPR Certified (required)
  • National PT Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • 1–2 years Personal Training experience (preferred)
  • Leadership + consultative sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Sales leadership and closing ability
  • Coaching, development, and accountability
  • Strong communication and relationship-building
  • Operational command of Crunch systems (ABC, dotFIT, etc.)
  • High energy, high standards, results-driven mindset
  • Active presence on the floor and in sessions
  • Ability to demonstrate exercises and lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue + KPI targets
  • Drive consistent CrunchOne Kickoff production (50%+ personally)
  • Build a high-performing, accountable trainer team
  • Deliver elite client experiences that retain and upsell
  • Maintain full visibility on business metrics and trends
  • Execute at least 50% of all CrunchOne Kickoffs
  • Coach trainers on sales, objection handling, and closing
  • Drive daily focus on book, show, close
  • Ensure strong onboarding and first 90-day experience
  • Drive retention through results, accountability, and engagement
  • Guarantee consistent delivery of high-quality programming
  • Hire, train, and manage Personal Trainers
  • Conduct regular performance meetings and coaching sessions
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
  • Manage schedules and resources based on KPIs
  • Oversee program quality (dotFIT, tracking, progress reports)
  • Maintain clean, accurate reporting (ABC/Datatrak, etc.)
  • Communicate performance and action plans to GM
  • Lead by example in execution, energy, and professionalism
  • Enforce standards: punctuality, dress code, service, cleanliness
  • Deliver consistent, measurable results
  • Take full ownership—no excuses, only solutions
