About The Position

As the Personal Training Director, you will lead programs that deliver measurable fitness results while driving revenue growth. You will oversee personal training, small group training, and youth fitness/Parisi programs, combining business strategy with hands-on leadership. This role requires a strong coaching mindset; you will develop trainers, support sales efforts, and ensure high-quality, personalized member experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of personal training or fitness leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to engage diverse populations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Responsibilities

  • Lead personal training, small group training, and youth fitness programs
  • Recruit, hire, and develop trainers and program staff
  • Coach staff on sales, client retention, and service delivery
  • Monitor program performance, revenue, and participation
  • Develop strategies to grow training programs
  • Ensure staff certifications and continuing education are up to date
  • Build relationships with members to support retention
  • Manage scheduling, equipment, and logistics
  • Oversee department budget and financial performance
  • Support marketing, outreach, and fundraising efforts
