The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in exercise science, a results-driven mindset, and a proven ability to design and deliver customized training programs that produce measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous development, along with the ability to effectively coach clients across a range of training backgrounds, ages, and performance goals. For trainers interested in expanding their scope of impact, this role offers the opportunity to work with youth athletes across a range of ages and abilities. Additional opportunities for the right candidate include contributing to youth athletic development programming and leading middle and high school sports performance training groups.
