We’re looking for a candidate with strong potential who’s eager to learn and excited to grow with us. Over the past 8 years, our company has expanded to 20 Anytime Fitness locations - and we need more talented, motivated people to keep that momentum going. We have a seasoned Fitness Director and published fitness author on staff to help you sharpen your skills. We’ll keep investing in you so you can invest in your clients. We have a system that helps Anytime Fitness locations grow by getting real results for members. You have to be willing to put in the work and do the basics. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it!

Requirements

Great people skills to build strong relationships with members
Ability to inspire members to reach their fitness goals
CPR/AED certification (can be earned after starting)

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales
Personal trainer certification
Degree in Exercise Science or a similar field

Responsibilities

Program and conduct safe, effective 1-on-1 personal training sessions - where clients make real progress.
Monitor results, adjust programming, and keep notes so each client has a clear plan and steady momentum.
Meet with new and existing members to assess needs, provide clear insight into what it takes to reach their goals, and recommend the right training package to help them get there.
Contact members and clients to keep them engaged and involved in our services. That includes follow-ups, check-ins, and helping people stay consistent if/when motivation drops.
