HealthFitness is hiring part-time Personal Trainers (20 hours/week) to support overflow training demand at a corporate fitness center in Springfield, MA. This is a great opportunity to build your client base in a professional, on-site setting with consistent weekday availability. The role offers established demand with clients already seeking training, the ability to grow your personal training clientele, and experience in a corporate fitness environment. The primary shifts are Monday–Thursday, onsite between 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with the option to extend training hours to 5:00–6:00 AM or 5:00–7:00 PM when the fitness center is unstaffed. The most requested training times are early mornings (before 8:30 AM) and late afternoons (3:30–5:30 PM). This role offers flexibility and stability in a corporate setting for those looking to supplement income, gain consistent clients, and train during high-demand hours.
