Requirements
- Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
- French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
- 2 supervisory references
- A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
- Proof of being negative for TB.
Responsibilities
- Enhance care for clients of all ages and backgrounds with compassion and excellence.
- Provide exceptional care to clients.
- Create meaningful moments for clients daily.
- Easy documentation and communication using provided mobile devices.
- Focus on building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Provide the highest quality of care.
- Adherence to strict health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both staff and clients.
