About The Position

Bayshore Home Care Solutions (Hamilton) supports the Greater Hamilton and Burlington areas by enhancing the quality of life, dignity, and independence of clients through customized care plans that allow them to remain in their homes. This role involves visiting clients in their homes and facilities within the Greater Hamilton & Burlington region. The position offers the opportunity to create meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care.

Requirements

Personal Support Worker diploma, International Nursing Degree or equivalent (evidence required).
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle is required.
Willingness to drive own vehicle within the Greater Hamilton and Burlington areas.
Proof of valid education, license, and/or certificate.
2 supervisory references.
A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
Proof of being negative for TB.
