About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is one of Canada’s leading providers of home and community health care services. They are seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers to join their exceptional team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care to clients of all ages and backgrounds with compassion and excellence. The position is located in Prescott County, including Hawkesbury, Vankleek Hill, and St Isidore areas.

Requirements

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)
Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
Successful candidates will be required to provide 2 supervisory references.
Successful candidates will be required to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of being negative for TB.

Responsibilities

Enhance care for clients of all ages and backgrounds with compassion and excellence.
Create meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care.
Provide care in Prescott County including Hawkesbury, Vankleek Hill, St Isidore areas.
Focus on building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both staff and clients.
Provide easy documentation and communication using provided mobile devices.
