About The Position

Bayshore Home Care Solutions (Hamilton) is a division of Bayshore HealthCare Ltd. and supports the Greater Hamilton and Burlington areas by enhancing the quality of life, dignity, and independence of clients through customized care plans and solutions that allow clients to remain in their homes. Bayshore is seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers to join their team. Certified PSWs living in the Hamilton/Burlington area who are willing to travel within the Greater Hamilton & Burlington region to visit clients in their homes and facilities are encouraged to apply. The role involves creating meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care.

Requirements

Personal Support Worker diploma, International Nursing Degree or equivalent (evidence required).
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle is required.
All staff are required to drive own vehicle within the Greater Hamilton and Burlington areas.
Proof of valid educations, license, and/or certificate.
2 supervisory references.
A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
Proof of being negative for TB.
