About The Position
The Personal Support Specialist (PSS) role is within the Assisted Living department at Rumford Community Home, a facility that is part of Central Maine Healthcare (CMH). CMH is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine. This position is based in Rumford, ME.
Requirements
- Residential Care Specialist 1 (RCS -I) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certification required within 120 calendar days.
- Placed on state registry within 120 calendar days.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum six months of previous experience in a long term care setting, preferred.
