About The Position
MAS Home Care is seeking Entry-Level Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to provide personalized care to patients, primarily in their homes. This role addresses a critical need in healthcare and offers flexible work options, competitive pay, and the opportunity to build in-demand skills. No prior healthcare experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The position involves assisting clients with daily living activities, transportation, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, with the goal of ensuring their health, safety, and independence.
Requirements

- Must have a desire to help others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record and background check
- Per state guidelines flu vaccination is required

Responsibilities
- Provide transportation to patients.
