About The Position

Dungarvin is seeking motivated, high-quality caregivers to work directly as Personal Support Assistants in a residential setting. This live-in placement offers the opportunity to provide personal and companion care, enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities. The role involves supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs, helping them live as independently as possible. • Computer skills for documentation
• 18 years or older
• Successful background clearance
• Good communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
• Valid driver's license
• Access to a vehicle with car insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide support services and assistance to individuals in their homes or in the community.
• Enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities in their home setting as well as out in the community.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage others to reach their goals.
• Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with team members.
