Requirements

  • A Level 1 or 2 Insurance Agent License is required.
  • Currently working in sales as a broker and performing exceptionally well.
  • Plenty of experience with direct promotion, sales, and service of insurance agency products.
  • Unstoppable drive to succeed and achieve goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, PC, and sales skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a call center.
