About The Position

As a Personal Lines Team Lead, you are responsible for balancing the front-line client service needs across all lines of business inside the branch, focusing on customer service efficiency, profitability, and employee satisfaction. The Team Leader ensures the branch is always functioning in a professional and efficient manner. The Team Leader will interact daily with clients and employees, quotes, and processes new insurance policies; identifies client needs and educates clients of other available insurance products; encourages and sells value-added products; applies superior client relations skills while promoting a superior company image.

Requirements

Level 3 Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain.
Superior skills in sales management, leadership, and employee engagement.
Demonstrated track record of achieving organic growth and facilitating change.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple, competing projects with time-sensitive deadlines.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
