About The Position
Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with access to a steady stream of leads, thanks to our strong partnerships in the real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, networking, and driving insurance sales.
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, preferably within an independent agency.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and DocuSign.
- Strong presentation skills, professionalism, ability to read the room, and excellent conversational abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with multiple carriers is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents to generate leads.
- Handle inbound leads (40%) and engage in outside sales activities (60%).
- Conduct networking activities, including presentations, speeches, and in-house meetings.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas, with a target of $250,000 in written premium for the first year.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and DocuSign to manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Attend a minimum of two weeks of training at the corporate office to ensure a strong start.
