This internship is for a hardworking undergraduate student to join the Operations Team, starting in Fall Semester 2026 at their headquarters in Quincy, MA. The schedule is flexible, with 15+ hours per week aligning with class schedules, and additional hours are available. Interns will be assigned a dedicated mentor and may have opportunities for full-time positions post-internship based on business needs and performance. Interns will work on various tasks including mailing, work distribution, data entry, customer inquiries, and job shadowing within Operations.

Requirements

Open to all college majors
Strong attention to detail along with time management skills needed.
Quick learner with sound technical aptitude.
Works well independently as well as within a team.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Process various policy, claim and billing transactions timely and accurately
Demonstrate excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Manage assigned work efficiently to ensure timely completion
Working on a variety of mailing, distribution of work, data entry, answering general customer inquiries and job shadowing to learn about all areas of Operations.
