About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a team. This role focuses on quoting, binding, and servicing personal insurance policies while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients secure the coverage they need. This is a hybrid position, requiring four days in-office and one day remote per week.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a P&C insurance role.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in insurance software and technology tools.
Responsibilities
- Quote and bind personal insurance policies.
- Process endorsements and handle client coverage inquiries.
- Conduct account reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow the personal lines book of business.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and objectives.
