About The Position
NavSav is seeking an experienced, motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to provide client service and support retention in a local office in Moline, Illinois. The role focuses on retaining existing clients while supporting agency growth and delivering accurate, prompt, and friendly customer service. The Account Manager discusses clients’ coverage needs, coverage gaps, billing concerns, and policy changes; processes policy changes; reviews policies; and remarkets renewals as needed. The position contributes to individual goals and agency success by following established retention processes.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license.
- Pass a background check.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Operational computing and typing skills of 45+ WPM, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
- Confident self-starter who works well independently.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Discuss clients’ coverage needs, coverage gaps, billing concerns, and policy changes, and process needed policy changes.
- Provide policy reviews as appropriate and remarket policy renewals as needed.
- Contribute to individual goals and agency success by following established retention processes.
