Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in Epic software is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Nice To Haves

  • 15+ years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
