Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Proven leadership experience managing a team in a similar capacity.
Proficiency in Epic software is mandatory.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Nice To Haves

15+ years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
