Requirements
- Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to existing accounts and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review coverage options and offer tailored recommendations based on client needs.
- Follow up on quote opportunities and agency-generated leads.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to round out client accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service.
