About The Position
Seeking two dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidates will have experience in personal lines insurance, a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and a strong commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance.
- Familiarity with HawkSoft software is a plus; training will be provided for candidates with limited experience.
- Coachable, flexible, and hard-working with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for personal lines insurance accounts, focusing on high-net-worth clients.
- Handle 90% renewal business and 10% new business.
- Utilize HawkSoft software for account management (training provided if necessary).
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring timely renewals.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a respectful and hard-working environment.
