About The Position
Seeking two experienced and dedicated Commercial Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join a growing team. As a Commercial CSR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, managing accounts, and supporting a commercial lines team. Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Coachable, flexible, and hard-working with a strong commitment to client service.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with HawkSoft software is a plus, but training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage standard-sized accounts with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Handle 90% renewal business and 10% new business quoting and remarketing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.
- Utilize HawkSoft software for account management (training will be provided if needed).
