The Personal Lines Client Service Manager will join a team committed to growth and shared goals, delivering exceptional service. This role can be remote or in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The manager will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through insurance needs, answering questions about policies, endorsements, and claims, and offering solutions for auto, homeowners, or umbrella policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s technology, collaborating with the team to secure existing business, and driving additional service sales while managing multiple priorities.
