The company is looking for a Senior Personal Lines Client Service Manager to join their team and deliver exceptional service. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Active Producer's license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of prior experience providing client-facing customer service.
  • Bilingual and speaks Spanish.
  • Currently licensed in Property and Casualty.
  • Working knowledge of software including Microsoft Office, Applied Epic, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence.
  • Provide personalized service, answering questions about policies, endorsements, and claims.
  • Offer solutions to meet client needs, discussing auto, homeowners, or umbrella policies.
  • Ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy data, using Gallagher’s technology to streamline processes and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with your team to help secure existing business.
  • Drive the sale of additional services.
  • Manage multiple priorities with ease.
