About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Claims Associate to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless claims processing and exceptional client service. As a Personal Lines Claims Associate, you will act as a liaison between clients and third-party companies, verifying policies, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate claim files.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in personal lines claims.
- Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain accurate claim files.
- Verify policy details and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Act as a liaison between clients and third-party companies to resolve claims-related issues.
- Monitor and update the status of claims, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Producers and Personal Lines Account Managers to provide updates on claims status.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage claims efficiently.
