About The Position

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable agency that specializes in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and cross-selling opportunities. The position is hybrid, with a mix of in-office and remote work after the initial training period.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a willingness to engage in cross-selling and upselling.
  • Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Erie Insurance is a plus but not required.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Xanatek software or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle a mix of 50% sales and 50% service (with an expected shift to 70% service and 30% sales over time).
  • Proactively round and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize Xanatek software to manage client information and process transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
