About The Position

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for daily servicing of clients, including new and renewal business processing and maintenance of exceptional customer relations. This role involves regularly interacting with clients to devise creative solutions for their coverage needs. The position is with the Acentria team at Foundation Risk Partners, a rapidly growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years insurance experience preferred.
• Must possess state required 4-40, 2044 or 2-20 insurance license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent client service skills to assist in retaining, developing, and growing a client base.
• High competence with computers, programs, and software through the entire client life cycle.
• Highly professional and self-motivated.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily servicing of clients, including new and renewal business processing.
• Maintenance of exceptional customer relations.
• Devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage.
• New business quoting, proposal, sales, and development.
• Account rounding and retention of existing clients.
• Collecting and analyzing client information.
• Interacting with clients through daily service, such as endorsement requests and general coverage questions.
• Participating in marketing and sales meetings.
• Managing and retaining existing book of business.
• Reviewing and processing old and new renewals, new policies, and policy changes.
• Handling client questions, researching, and resolving problems.
• Adhering to agency customer service standards.
• Interviewing clients and collecting/analyzing information regarding the client.
• Assisting in product determinations.
• Implementing company policies regarding specific client factual circumstances.
• Reviewing processed policies.
• Performing other duties as required to establish, service, and maintain accounts.
