Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling both high-net-worth (HNW) and standard accounts, coupled with a professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HNW and standard accounts.
• Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills.
• Accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts ranging from $100 to $20,000 in size.
• Handle policy servicing, renewals, and customer support with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Educate clients on risk management and insurance options tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
