Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Proficiency in AMS 360 and familiarity with top carriers such as Westfield, Auto-Owners, Hanover, Liberty Mutual/Safeco, and Progressive.
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years preferred, but open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
- Candidates with strong energy and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate quotes by inputting data into carrier websites.
- Format summaries, draft renewal letters, and update coverage details.
- Assist with claims and manage house accounts.
- Handle a book of business with premiums ranging from $200 to $12,000.
- Collaborate with producers and CSAs to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a high retention rate.
- Utilize AMS 360 for account management.
- Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
