Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager (AM); 5+ years preferred.
- Candidates with captive insurance experience will also be considered.
- Active insurance license required.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and strong customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in SIS/PartnerXE software is preferred.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Erie and Westfield is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts, including some high-net-worth accounts.
- Quote and process new business and renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to support the agency's growth and operational goals.
- Utilize SIS/PartnerXE software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
