Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is focused on servicing standard to mid-market personal lines accounts, with no new business responsibilities. Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an agency setting, or 5+ years in a captive environment.
- Strong background in servicing standard to mid-market personal lines accounts.
- Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients by managing and maintaining personal lines accounts.
- Handle policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage client information and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
