Personal Lines Account Manager
About The Position
Beehive Insurance is a well-established full-service independent insurance agency seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team in St. George, Utah. This role involves managing an assigned book of business, assisting producers, and serving customers by addressing policy and coverage questions, leading the quoting process for new and renewal business, processing change requests, assisting with claims questions, and managing daily communications with customers, producers, and underwriters. The position also requires maintaining client files in the agency management system and managing invoicing for agency-billed policies. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned book of business consisting of Producer and house accounts
- Assist Producers as needed on accounts that are part of their book of business
- Assist customers with policy and coverage questions on a day-to-day basis
- Lead the quoting process for both new and renewal business, including preparing applications, preparing quotes on carrier websites, binding coverage, etc.
- Process and manage change requests for customers
- Assist customers with claims questions
- Process daily calls and e-mails from customers, producers and underwriters in a timely manner
- Maintain client files in the agency management system in an orderly and up-to-date manner
- Manage invoicing on agency billed policies
- Other duties as assigned
