About The Position

The Richards Group an IMA Company is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations. Requirements

• Prior industry exposure
• An active Property & Casualty License
• A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
