Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
Proficiency in insurance management systems, including Applied Epic, EZLynz, ACS2000, and Epic Quotes.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a designated book of personal insurance business.
Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Remarket accounts as needed to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
Obtain and compare quotes from multiple carriers to provide optimal solutions.
Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure clients have appropriate protection.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account rounding to enhance client portfolios.
Utilize systems such as Applied Epic, EZLynz, ACS2000, and Epic Quotes to manage workflows efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
