In this role, you'll build lasting client relationships, identify insurance solutions that fit customers' needs, and drive business growth through sales, retention, and exceptional service. Requirements

  • Ohio Property & Casualty License, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, engage, and build trust with customers.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain compliance and documentation standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of personal insurance clients by focusing on three key areas: Growing Existing Relationships, Acquiring New Clients, and Retain and Support Clients.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
  • Increase the number of policies and services per household.
  • Conduct account reviews to ensure clients have the coverage they need.
  • Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, community events, and creative marketing initiatives.
  • Follow up on leads and continuously re-quote prospects to win new business.
  • Re-engage former customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to strengthen relationships and improve retention.
  • Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and personalized insurance solutions.
  • Identify basic life insurance needs and connect clients with appropriate resources and solutions.
