About The Position

Entry level positions provides support to the Personal Lines team by assisting with administrative tasks, client communication and policy servicing under the guidance of licensed professionals.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based, service oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
  • Must obtain a P&C license within 30 days of employment.
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and courteous support to Personal Lines clients.
  • Facilitate endorsements, renewals and cancellations under licensed staff supervision.
  • Manage client data and ensure accurate records in the agency management system.
  • Communicate with carriers for inquiries and follow ups.
  • Support Account Managers.
  • Attend and participate in internal training and professional development activities.
