About The Position

A growing, service-focused team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Executive specializing in High Net Worth accounts. This role involves managing complex personal insurance programs for clients across all 50 states. Ideal candidates are client-focused, collaborative, and experienced in delivering white-glove service to affluent clientele.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience servicing High Net Worth personal insurance accounts.
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Proficiency in agency management systems (experience with Epic is a plus).
Client-focused and service-driven
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day service for High Net Worth personal lines clients, including coverage reviews, renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
Partner with producers to assist with new business opportunities and retention initiatives.
Handle complex accounts with personal lines premiums typically ranging from $10,000 to $35,000+.
Conduct in-depth coverage analysis to ensure client risk is appropriately addressed.
Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.
