Requirements

1+ year of Personal Lines insurance experience
Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Motivated to grow into a full Account Executive role

Nice To Haves

Experience with AMS360 is a plus

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Account Executives to service an established book of business
Communicate with clients regarding policy updates, billing questions, and service requests
Deliver a responsive, high-quality client experience
Process endorsements and ensure accurate policy maintenance
Review daily downloads and track policy changes
Assist with billing updates and account management
Coordinate with carriers and underwriting teams
Support internal workflows to keep service efficient and timely
Begin managing a small book of business as you grow into the role
Build foundational knowledge in coverages, carriers, and client strategy
