Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of Personal Lines Account Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines coverage in an independent agency setting
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, accountable professional who takes ownership of their work
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AMS360 is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an established book of personal lines clients
  • Build trusted relationships that drive retention and long-term loyalty
  • Manage all day-to-day service needs including endorsements, billing inquiries, and policy updates
  • Review and advise on coverage, limits, and pricing options
  • Lead renewals and remarketing efforts with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Navigate complex coverage scenarios and provide clear recommendations
  • Partner with carriers, producers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity across all policies and client records
