Personal Insurance Sales Agent
About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a dynamic and supportive team. The producer will help drive sales growth by contacting lead lists, handling incoming live transfers, and selling personal lines insurance products. This is a remote position offering flexibility to work from anywhere. The role focuses exclusively on sales and has no servicing responsibilities. Compensation includes a base salary of $37,000–$60,000 annually, dependent on experience and compensation structure, plus a competitive commission structure with options for a commission-heavy or base-heavy pay plan. Equipment is provided for remote work.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Have at least 3 years of sales experience and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrate the ability to sell at least $60,000 per month in new business premium; proof is required.
- Have strong communication, self-motivation, adaptability, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with insurance management systems is preferred.
