About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining accurate policy documentation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is required; this position is not open to entry-level candidates.
- Familiarity with personal lines insurance products, including home, auto, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicles.
- Proficiency in using EZLynx software or similar insurance management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, rotating between in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Issue certificates, ID cards, binders, and other policy-related documents.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries, payments, and past-due notices.
- Gather necessary information to prepare quotes for home, auto, renters, umbrella, recreational vehicle, and other personal lines insurance products.
- Support the renewal process by updating client information and preparing renewal documentation.
- Utilize EZLynx software to manage and maintain client records and policy details.
