We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join our growing sales team! This role involves servicing ongoing client needs, advising on insurance matters, conducting needs assessments, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conducting care calls, and processing renewals. Additionally, you will sell new policies, write new business for existing or new clients, and retain your existing book of business. You will quote new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters, and by receiving walk-in clients. You will also contact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policies, prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for clients, issue insurance certificates, process changes, and review renewals. Maintaining current knowledge of underwriting rules and workflow processes, actively participating in training initiatives, and participating in community marketing initiatives are also key aspects of this role. You will also process Account Receivable activities and provide guidance and assistance as requested.
