About The Position

This role provides oversight for compliance and regulatory processes within an operational environment, ensuring adherence to established controls, policies, and audit standards. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, monitoring requirements, supporting audit activities, and reviewing workflows to ensure consistency and compliance. The position also contributes to process improvement and documentation efforts, including developing and updating procedures, as well as supporting reporting and data tracking initiatives. This fully on-site role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and prior experience in compliance or audit functions, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment. This role will require Government Agency (baseline) clearance before start date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically one to two years of related experience, preferably in regulatory compliance activities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Prior experience in compliance or audit functions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Government Agency (baseline) clearance before start date
