About The Position
Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross-selling opportunities and provide exceptional customer service for personal lines customers. This role involves overall account management, including handling new and renewal submissions, negotiating with carrier underwriters for the best rates, and quoting, binding, and issuing policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting
- Experience in maintaining client relationships
- Ability to handle new and renewal submissions
- Prior experience in quoting, binding, and issuing policies
- Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems
- Proven customer service and sales skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties
- Must hold Property & Casualty License
