Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross selling opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with personal lines coverage in a brokerage/agency setting
- Experience maintaining client relationships
- Proven customer service and sales skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties
- Must hold Property & Casualty License

- Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems
Responsibilities
- Provide timely quotes
- Recognize cross selling opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain client relationships
- Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates
- Handle new and renewal submission
- Quote, bind and issue policies
- Work with multiple carriers and rating systems
- Overall account management
